The college is run by North Malabar Development society, registered under Society Registration Act. The College started functioning during the year 2008-09 with an annual intake of 60 seats. Eight batches of students have been passed out. The College is located at Ramapuram, Payangadi, Kannur district about 1.5 Km away from Payangadi Bus stand 2.5 Km from Payangadi Railway station beside Pappinisseri-Pilathara State Highway. The intitutioin is surrounded by inland greenery and hillside and is decked to the lap of nature, the most prescribed and prefered surroundings for the purpose.
